Kashtakar was born from a simple idea: that a group of dedicated, hungry competitors could build something extraordinary from the ground up. What started as casual ranked grinds turned into a structured organization with a mission — to compete at the highest level and represent a new wave of esports talent.
Our main division, Kashtakar (KST), represents the core competitive identity of the organization. Focused on tactical excellence and individual skill, the main roster competes in premier Valorant circuits and tournaments, constantly pushing to prove themselves against the best.
Kashtakar IRA is our women's competitive division, built on the same principles of discipline, teamwork, and relentless improvement. IRA competes in Game Changers and other women's circuits, shattering expectations and proving that talent has no boundaries.
Structured practice schedules, VOD reviews, and constant self-improvement are non-negotiable for every member.

Kashtakar operates with a professional management structure. Our Founder oversees the strategic direction, the Manager handles day-to-day operations, scheduling, and logistics, while our Head Coach drives tactical preparation and player development across both divisions.
